1. We guarantee that all our pallets and packaging will be manufactured using the agreed specification. You will receive a drawn specification for each pallet / packaging style you require, showing the exact dimensions of all timber components.

2. We guarantee the quality of every pallet, using British or Irish fresh-sawn FSC timber. Where required we can also supply Swedish kiln-dried ISPM15 (heat-treated 5630) approved timber for pest control.

3. Our ‘just in time’ approach ensures we are able to guarantee that you will receive the right number of pallets at the right time for your distribution and logistics timescales.
